- The DS-330 uses the same 1.3 megapixel (1280×1000) sensor as the much more expensive Fujix DS-505 and 515 (aka. Nikon E2 and E2S) DSLR models (source: 1997 Fujifilm DS-330 brochure). It’s also considered to be one of the first “affordable” professional digital cameras, which makes it interesting from a historical point of view.
